TO FIRST RUN.

Use this guide after your Raidex access and customer download are ready. Take it one step at a time, then watch the first cycle before leaving it to run.

STEP 01

Get customer access

Create your Raidex account, choose a plan, and download the app from your private customer dashboard:

  1. Log in or create an account on the Raidex website.
  2. Choose a plan and pay securely by Card or PayPal.
  3. Wait for Raidex to confirm the payment and license.
  4. Open Dashboard → Downloads.
Your payment stays private. The website does not collect or store your card or PayPal details. The secure payment provider handles them.

STEP 02

Prepare Raidex

  1. Open Dashboard → Downloads and download the latest Raidex customer ZIP.
  2. Right-click the ZIP and choose Extract All.
  3. Open the extracted Raidex CoC Automation folder.
  4. Keep the Engine and Assets folders beside the Raidex executable.
  5. Launch Raidex CoC Automation.exe.
Do not run Raidex from inside the ZIP. The app needs its complete extracted folder.
STEP 03

Prepare MuMu and the game

  1. Install MuMu Player and Clash of Clans.
  2. Open Clash of Clans and set the game language to English.
  3. Use a 1280 × 720 game view.
  4. Leave the deployment bar at its default size.
  5. Open the village you want Raidex to work on.
  6. Close popups, shops, and menus so the village screen is clear.

If you run accounts at the same time, create a separate MuMu device for each account.

STEP 04

Create and connect your profile

  1. Open Profiles in Raidex.
  2. Create a profile for this Clash of Clans account.
  3. Give it a name you can recognize.
  4. Assign the correct MuMu device.
  5. Check that the profile shows the correct device.

Each profile keeps its own automation choices and lifetime progress. You can export one profile later without replacing the others.

STEP 05

Choose the work you want done

Open Automation, choose the correct village, and turn on only the jobs you want.

Home Village

  • Choose Normal or Ranked attacks.
  • For Normal mode, set the minimum Gold, Elixir, and Dark Elixir you want from a base.
  • Save your deployment plan.
  • Choose optional Walls, Buildings, Laboratory, Builder’s Apprentice, Lab Assistant, requests, or donations.

Builder Base

  • Choose Attacks and any optional collection, Elixir Cart, Clock Tower, Walls, Buildings, or Laboratory work.
  • Enter the correct Gold and Elixir storage limits.

Clan Capital

  • Choose raid attacks and Capital Gold upgrades.
  • Review the saved attack and Gold totals inside the Capital view.
Stop Raidex before changing settings. Saved settings are read when a run begins.
Home VillageChoose jobs, loot minimums, and storage limits.
Builder BaseChoose the Builder jobs and enter the real storage limits.
STEP 06

Activate and start

  1. Open Settings.
  2. Enter the license key sent privately by Raidex.
  3. Activate the license.
  4. Enable Live Input.
  5. Return to Home and confirm the correct profile and village.
  6. Press Start Raidex.

Your plan timer starts on first activation. Activate a trial within 24 hours of receiving it.

STEP 07

Watch the first cycle

Stay with Raidex during the first run. Confirm that it sees the correct village, reads your resources, follows your selected options, and returns to the correct screen.

  • Check the activity log for clear progress messages.
  • If the screen is unclear, close the popup and try again.
  • If Raidex stops, open Failures for the screenshot, exact reason, and help.
  • Use Send failure only when you want to send a manual support report.
